Industries

We'd rather know your business than cover every business.

Managed IT only works when the people running it understand what the business actually does. Instead of serving every industry equally, we focus on a small number where dependable technology and real security materially affect how work gets done.

Where we focus

The industries we serve

Two today, with a third in development. We'd rather add a vertical when we can support it properly than list it because it sounds good.

On healthcare and dental: clinical environments carry obligations we intend to meet properly before we market to them — the right experience with practice management software, patient data handling and the technical safeguards those practices require. We'll list it when that is genuinely true, not before.

Why it matters

What specialization actually changes

Generic IT support treats every company as a set of laptops and email accounts. Knowing an industry changes the decisions we make before anything breaks.
Workflows
How work moves from intake to delivery determines which systems can never be down and which can wait until Monday.
Common applications
Knowing the practice-management, estimating and design software in your field means we support it instead of learning it on your time.
Employee lifecycle
A firm hiring two people a year and a contractor onboarding a seasonal crew need very different onboarding processes.
Remote and field work
Office-only, hybrid and job-site work each demand a different approach to devices, access and connectivity.
Sensitive information
Client financials, legal matters, bid documents and patient records all warrant tighter handling than a generic file share.
Cybersecurity exposure
Wire fraud, invoice fraud and business email compromise target some industries far more aggressively than others.
Business continuity
What a day of downtime actually costs — in deadlines, crews or billable hours — sets how much recovery capability is worth.

Honest scoping

A good fit usually looks like this

If most of this describes your business, a conversation is probably worth half an hour. If it doesn't, we'll say so — a bad fit costs us both more than a polite no.
  • 5–50 employees, with growth expected
  • No internal IT department, or one person wearing several hats
  • Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace at the center of daily work
  • Client, financial or project data that would be damaging to lose or expose
  • A preference for a flat monthly cost over hourly surprises
